About Me
Background:
I started my career in real estate sales in 2002. In the course of
the last 7 years, I have assisted many sellers and buyers in their
real estate transactions. My extensive experience in this field
included land contracts, rentals, lease to purchase, multi-unit
buildings, commercial retail/office and residential real estate
sales. From 2007 through current, I have gained extensive
knowledge in the fast pace and highly competitive field of
foreclosures and short sales. In 2008 alone, I have managed
and assisted in the sales of over 40 bank owned properties.
My involvement in the real estate field includes title abstraction,
general contracting, REO disposition services, and foreclosure
sales. I am licensed in Virginia, District of Columbia, and
Maryland.

have been a native Washingtonian since. Given my ethnic
background, I am well versed in English, Taishanese,
Cantonese, and Mandarin. My professional experiences include
hospitality management, IT Support, land title abstraction,
general contracting, and RE sales. I have a fine arts and
computer science background and loves traveling.
